Card of the Day June 7th 2020 Waning Moon in Capricorn

Today’s card comes from one of my regularly used decks, “The Everyday Witches Tarot, which you can find here https://witchhealer.com/oracle-cards/. As always with Spirit, when you ask, you receive an answer.  With the chaos and struggles of the world currently, I sometimes struggle with even knowing what to ask. So for today’s card, I asked simply “What do the Lightworkers and Lightbeings need a reminder of right now?”

The Hanged Man answered.We see in this card, a Witch hanging upside down from their broom. Hands and legs chained up. However if you look closely you see the Witch holds the Key in their hand. The Hanged Man begs the question – Are you feeling stuck? Helpless ? Unsure of where or how to move? That is ok because sometimes it is in the most awkward and uncomfortable places, we find the answers we are searching for. It is important to check within yourself and see if you are feeling stuck due to lack of motivation or in quiet contemplation? If your feelings of being stuck or held back are frustrating you then it is time to approach your situation from a new angle.

Look from a different perspective for a better view. “Where in your life are you stuck? Try looking at the situation from a new angle or with a better attitude. You can do something to get yourself unstuck or  simply accept that are stuck right now and see if there are any benefits to hanging around for a while”

Always remember though – Only you hold the key to the chains that bind you.

Card of the Day May 15th 2020 Waning Crescent Moon in Pisces 27.3%

Today’s card comes from an old deck of mine called Magical Messages from the Fairies. Fairies/Fae have been coming up a lot for me and this bright sunny day was the perfect energy for this deck!

Admit Your True Feelings to Yourself is an amazing message. How often are we honest and transparent with our feelings? Our feelings and emotions are natural responses to our environment and will they can be stifled they rarely go away, so it is much better to deal with them.

“Right now, admit your deepest feelings to yourself. Know that it’s sage for you to engage in this self -honesty. Your genuine feelings from the compass that points you in the best direction and guides you to the answers you seek. Trust any changes you make will come about in harmonious ways. You’ll be glad that you admitted your true feelings to yourself”.

Authenticity is an important part of living a Mindful life. It takes a lot of energy to hide our emotions, especially when they are running high. It is important for healing to feel your emotions and then release the ones that no longer serve you. It may be uncomfortable in the moment but you will find much lighter and aligned!

Card of the Day May 15th 2020 Waning Crescent Moon in Pisces 38%

This gorgeous card comes from the Animal Spirits Knowledge Deck, found here – The Dog <3 Human’s best friend. The Dog represents loyalty, unconditional love, devotion, service, protection. The perfect recipe for a best friend. Those of us who are blessed with Dogs know- there is no love like a dog’s love. It is pure and unconditional, they are like our furry Earth Angels.

I often tell my clients when practicing self love- try to see yourself through the eyes of your dog. They only see our hearts, not how we look or for what we have. They do not know ego only love- they live in the present and never worry about the past or get anxious about the future. Dogs are our greatest friends and teachers.

I am blessed with a beautiful soul in the form of a brindle Boxer named Lady.  She is always by my side, attentive and ready for service, she expects nothing from me beyond a pet or a hug. She is getting older and is now a grey faced Old Lady, she lives very luxuriously and is surrounded by love at all times, that is all she needs to feel fulfilled- Love. She is perfectly divine and I am grateful for every day with her and for the lessons she has taught me in unconditional love and devotion. Learn from the beautiful animals we are blessed to share this Earth with, they bring us healing and wisdom and are surely gifts direct from  Heaven.

This Divine message feels directly channeled from the Heavens. Anna – Grandmother of Jesus comes to us to offer her comfort and reassurance that there is a Divine Plan.  When planting the seeds of life, we can get impatient on waiting for the harvest, anxiously checking for growth along the way. However, not all magick can be seen. Trust in the Divine, Trust in ourselves is an important part of laying the foundations of life.

“Anna teaches us we all have a part to play in the Divine plan. It doesn’t have to be on the world stage to be significant. One person’s part is not worthier than another.  One person’s part may be to mother their children. Another’s may be to gather women in circle each month. Akhililanda -The Goddess of Never Not Broken. Akhililanda is a mysterious Goddess from the Hindu mythology. Her name is a direct translation from Sanskrit meaning “Never Not Broken”. Her incredible power comes from her ability to transform pain into light. There is not much written about her because she is meant to be experienced when we are in moments of darkness or grief. She can show us where our energy is blocked and allow us to liberate ourselves through self expression, truth and strength.

“Many of us exert tremendous energy to not break or fall apart We resist grief. Our heartbreak. Or we deny the need to change until the choice is no longer ours. Sometimes life side swipes in our ordinary life and shatters who we think we are and how we identify ourselves. Here’s what Akhililanda reminds us- if we are always broken we can never break. What a powerful message. We often spend so much time and energy avoiding what troubles us. Redirect your energy to experience the darkness and pain for what it is, then remind yourself you are a powerful and Divine Goddess and what hasn’t killed you – has made you stronger and release the darkness. Return to the light.

Card of the Day May 10th 2020, Waning gibbous Moon 83% in Capricorn

Happy Mother’s Day to every beautiful Goddess out there!

The Mother card comes from the Celtic Tarot by Kristoffer Hughes and it is one of my favourite decks lately. This card has been coming up in a lot of my readings and I thought it was the perfect card for today!

The Mother represents the Empress card in a Rider Waite deck and brings us a comforting and powerful energy.

“In ripening fields I sit, my belly full of life of the land. Sees of the earth fall from my hand, gifts of the first harvest, but life itself is a gift divinely given. See the blood crimson against the ripening corn, expressing the mystery of motherhood. For I am womb and tomb, cradle and grave. You will always need me, I am always here for you. I provide you with abundance-like acorns here from the World Tree, go forth and inspire, expand be all you can be”.

As a Mother I find this day to be such a polarizing day for all women. For some of us, if its a beautiful gift and our family shows us love and appreciation, for other it is a reminder of an absence in their life, for some of us it is a reminder of the loss of our own Mothers, for others a celebration for the women that raised and nurtured them. Either way it is a lot of energy around our heart and root chakras. It can be difficult for some of us, please enjoy this day for what it is, regardless of what the word “Mother” means to you- you deserve a day of love and appreciation. All of us care for some form of life, one way or another – this makes us all Mothers.

I am so blessed to have two beautiful daughters and experienced how our relationships have evolved  over the years, my daughters are 17 and 14. They are two amazing goddesses ( most of the time ) and they sure know to to try me! They are some of my greatest teachers in life and I hope I give them the same back. The most important thing I have learned as a Mother is the theme of my life- surrender. Surrender to the need to control their decisions, choices, relationships, wardrobe.. the many aspects of the life I tried to force my influence on. That is what we do as Mothers because we want the best for our children. But what is best for them is letting them be themselves. Allowing them to learn their own lessons and walk their own journeys. We can be the divine guidance on Earth for them but ultimately their choices are their own.

I have always said that being a Mother is like letting your heart go walking outside your body everyday. 17 years later, I still feel this everyday and what a gift it is. Despite all the trials along the way, my daughters are the absolute greatest joy of my life. They are such divine, conscious, wise souls and I thank Spirit everyday I was chosen to be their Mother.

8 of Pentacles from Illuminati Tarot! I am loving the energy of all this FIRE! Fire is not just about passion but rebirth! The 8 of Pentacles comes to us today to remind us how we must nurture our unique gifts and talents. Another theme for this week. We are each so uniquely talented and creative, it is time to level up those gifts! Nurturing your talents can be a wonderful way to pass the time if you are stuck at home!

We all spend many hours a day on the internet, why not use that time to hone your talents! The Internet is full of FREE education or very reasonable priced education! Now is the time to nurture those talents and try new ones! Get creative and remember that “Practice makes perfect”, dedication and hard work are great ways to feel accomplished!
